Alston & Bird’s 80,000 SF Washington DC office build-out was completed over two floors from a cold shell and modifications to their existing conference center on a separate floor. This Class-A law firm project included a new glass and stone connecting stair feature directly off the elevator lobbies. Additional features include glass demountable office fronts with sliding glass barn doors, glass enclosed conference and team rooms, café and staff pantries, large break-out areas with custom seating, refinishing of existing library millwork and renovated restrooms. Exposed ceilings with custom lighting, porcelain tile in open areas, wallcovering and fabric wrapped panels helped to complete this space.
