This national consulting firm needed to reposition and re-stack their current DC office space to suit their new needs as a premier financial institution. The project consisted of phasing three separate floors of construction with an internal decorative stair connecting the three floors. Peris negotiated this 53,000 SF project on a General Conditions & Fee basis with over one year of pre-construction during the span of the design process.
