HOK Architects

HOK was a multi-phase in place occupied renovation within the award winning, internationally recognized architectural firm’s studios and offices. The project included updating the 29,000sf Washington DC studio in the historic Canal House along the Chesapeake & Ohio Canal in Georgetown. Details included a new living green wall, environmentally friendly finishes and generous bicycle storage. Work comprised new open ceilings with geometric LED fixtures and shapes, updated and refurbished internal convenience stairs and perimeter window railings, sliding glass panel office dividers and renovated conference rooms.
