Qatari Diar Americas

Peris built the regional offices for Qatari Diar Americas in the new City Center DC complex. This space serves as the group’s North American headquarters and reflects their strategic brand, The Art of Real Estate. Glass front offices and conference rooms provide a view of City Center DC from any vantage point in the space. Project details include a stainless steel portal that defines the entry to a divisible conference room, chiseled limestone walls and ceilings in the reception area, and graphics on fabric panels displaying current developments.
