CAQH

Peris completed full demolition and an interior build out of 30,000 SF for CAQH, a healthcare nonprofit alliance of health plans and trade associations, located at 2020 K Street in northwest Washington. This high end office features pour to polish concrete floors, brick veneer, and a detailed open ceiling. Heavy MEP was required to accommodate the ceiling plan. The conference space includes an intricate skyfold partition. Construction was completed in less than 12 weeks, with the team working double shifts and weekends.
