Peris completed construction on 3,500 SF of spec suites in the Portrait Building, located across the street from the Smithsonian’s Portrait Gallery in Washington DC’s Chinatown. This high end, move-in-ready suite features large private offices, conference area, a sleek cafe creating a social hub, top quality finishes, and natural wood columns and accent walls.
