CBS Radio Studios Offices & Performance Space

This 35,000 SF project was completed in two phases. Phase one encompassed the first floor retail space, including the CBS Performance Studio, built out with a full radio studio and performance stage. Finishes include high end millwork, sound absorption paneling throughout, false gypsum ceiling for sound quality and custom studio and stage lighting. Phase two construction was completed in March 2015. This phase was 30,000 SF and includes 10 radio station studios, 20 edit studios, TOC room for all radio station operations, custom HVAC package for all studios, back-up generator and curtain wall glass at each studio to prevent sound bleed from the street traffic. This phase also included the relocation of the CBS Radio corporate headquarters and included high-end millwork, custom lighting, glass partitions at offices and conference rooms, and cafe quality finishes. This project was negotiated.
