Morning Consult

Morning Consult is a media and technology company at the intersection of politics, policy and business strategy. For their new offices, Morning Consult was drawn to the historic architecture offered by the 1929 Securities Building in the northwest Washington, DC. The 8,500 SF build-out features a contemporary design of glass and light against a historic pallet of tall ceilings and exposed brick. The project includes a large cafe and bright offices built around a solid metal staircase.
