Public Policy Holding Company

This public policy conglomerate’s Washington, DC office houses various organizations specializing in lobbying, polling, public affairs, digital influence, and campaign management. Peris initially completed 10,000 SF. More than a year later, construction began on an additional 10,000 SF adjacent to phase one. The same team completed each phase, achieving an equal level of quality finishes, and provided a seamless transition between the existing space and expansion. Phase one remained occupied during the expansion construction. Peris assisted the construction manager with a swing space plan for affected employees.
