Mobile Posse

Tech company Mobile Posse expanded its existing space at One Ballston Plaza in Arlington, VA to 18,000 SF - a full floor build out from a shell. The open office is highlighted by curved walls, polished concrete floors in all common areas, and an open ceiling grid with specialty acoustic sonaspray ceilings in the pantries. The office offers ample light and upgraded balconies. A raised seating area was designed to make one balcony ADA compliant. The curved walls maintain the same radius throughout the space. To address acoustical concerns in the large open areas, extra door seals and gaskets were added, and most walls were demised to the deck with insulation. This work included z-transfers for noise reduction. The polished concrete floors were completed before the framing so no raw transitions are visible.
