Liberty Park

The Liberty Park amenities project consists of 10,629 SF on the first floor of 13461 Sunrise Valley in Herndon, VA. The spaces include a 2,000 SF fitness center with vibrant blue metal walls and floor to ceiling mirrors, locker and shower rooms, public restrooms, community area, three conference rooms, pantry, and main lobby. The community area features a stadium seating area and a large-screen technology-enabled television for meetings. This zone also includes a separate sitting area with ample natural light to read a book or relax. The conference rooms feature fabric-wrapped panels, carpet and wallcovering which were incorporated to reduce noise levels.
