This company’s new Washington, DC office incorporates a large open work area with interior huddle and team rooms accented by an open ceiling and polished concrete floors. Transwall glass and door office fronts are found throughout the 7,500 SF space. Blackened steel decorative elements, such as shelving and a divider screen in the reception area, provide focal points. The design is united by floating knife-edged ceiling panels that mimic clouds. The DOAS (dedicated outside air system) and updated HVAC complete the space.
